I understand the operational - and financial - realities of career centers. I am a collaborative, low-lift partner when there is a hiring freeze, a gap in services due to a departure, an overall staffing shortage or simply an influx of students during a high-demand time of the semester. I can provide coverage for student appointments; and, capacity permitting, I can also support program design and facilitation, employer relationship management, and communications execution.
